All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
All return Items must be shipped to our mailing address for processing. We are only responsible for items received and cannot maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.
If you take delivery of our product and decide you wish to return it, you are welcome to do so as long as it is in original unused condition. You are entitled to a refund of 100% of the price you paid for the product. Please note, original and return shipping costs will not be covered.
In the unfortunate and unlikely event that the product arrives defective, or experiences structural issues when used in accordance with the listed specifications and product care instructions, you are entitled to a full refund. Original and return shipping costs will be covered. You also have the option to receive a replacement. Products used in a manner outside of the listed capacity specifications and product care instructions are ineligible for a refund or replacement.
Returns must be initiated by emailing us with your order details and reason for return. Product pictures and further details may be requested.
